This picture has been around awhile, but we were laughing at it this morning, so I thought I'd share. Hope you enjoy it too!

One of the photo applications I like is the LOLcat generator, you can find it here. It's cheesy, but I love LOLcats, the pictures just crack me up. The application is a quick and easy way to make you're own LOLcat picture...or a stealing my bucket picture.

Workshop #1 underway. As can be expected from anything having to do with any technology there are a couple glitches. Nothing major, just enough to make your head hurt if you stare at it long enough. By the end of this hour there will be several new library blogs up and running.

7 & 1/2 Habits (#2)

I find setting appropriate goals to be challenging. I'm sure I'm not the only one. If you're not sure what you want the end product to be, you can't set the goal, then it's hard to take the steps, or figure out the steps, necessary to get there.

An easy habit for me is using technology to my benefit. My first source of information is the internet. Whether it's looking up a recipe or driving directions or learning how to build a bird house, the first place I look is the internet. I also tend to do quite a bit of shopping online. I did all of my Christmas shopping through ebay.com this past year. Using technology can be an easy habit to get into, but expensive when you start buying the nifty gadgets that are developed too. Ipods, cell phones, or now the new Iphones...there goes your next paycheck if you want to stay cutting edge.
